How we handle your booking details
Last updated 25 September 2026
This site is a concept demo built by abli for Senen's Mountain Resort & Café. It is not their official site, and Senen's Mountain Resort & Café does not receive or handle anything you send through it. abli does.
Who is responsible
abli decides what happens to the details you give when you book, which makes abli the personal information controller under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
What we collect
- The booking itself: date, number of guests, and what it's for.
- Your name, and the phone number or email address you leave so we can confirm.
- Anything you write in the note.
- The internet address (IP) your request comes from, used only to block abuse. We keep a scrambled (hashed) form of it, not the address itself, and clear it within a day.
We don't ask for payment details, IDs, or anything else, and the site sets no tracking or advertising cookies.
Why, and on what basis
Only to handle your booking: check the date, reply to you, and keep the booking record. We use your details this way because you asked us to book, and we don't use them for marketing or sell them to anyone.
Who else sees them
- abli, signed in to the booking system.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and the booking database and runs the check that you're not a bot.
- Resend, which sends the confirmation email, if you left an email address.
- Google, only if you use the map on the site. Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
These providers may process data outside the Philippines. They handle it only to provide their service, under their data protection terms.
How it's protected
Everything travels encrypted. Only signed-in staff can see bookings, and signing in takes a passkey on their own device, not a password. Your booking pass link is private: the code in it is never stored by us in readable form, so treat the link like a key and share it only with your group.
How long we keep them
6 months after the date of your visit, your name, phone number, email address and note are deleted automatically, and your booking pass stops working. What stays is an anonymous record (the date, the number of guests, and whether it went ahead) that can't be traced back to you. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, get a copy, object to how they're used, or have them deleted. If you think we've mishandled them, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph.
